So I’m not sure if that is the problem, I suspect it is, or if the problem is that their device can’t direct play the particular version I downloaded for my devices, I have a Shield, Roku, Amazon TV and Samsung TVs in the house and try to get 4K versions that play on all of them seamlessly.Not available to current Xfinity TV customers. Plex isn’t choosing the 1080p versions to transcode, and instead tries to use the 4K versions to transcode.
